A FEW WORDS ABOUT

High-Tech Industry International Non-Profit Foundation has been incorporated as the INGO (International Non-Governmental Organization) on basis of legislation of a Private Interest Foundation with humanitarian aids in accordance with the relevant Law 1965 of Panama in 2015 and transferred to Bulgarian domicile in 2019 with the juridical and physical address of the Foundation with like its Foundation Council High-Tech Industry EOOD (UIK/PIK  205662892)- the corporative Board of Directors of the Foundation under the relevant law.

 

At the same time and for humanitarian activities in Europe has been incorporated the additional local Bulgarian Branch of the Foundation with its physical address at 28-30 Bacho Kiro, District Oboritshe, Sofia, Bulgaria as the Bulgarian juridical entity in accordance with Bulgarian law (UIK/PIK 205857223).

Activities for humanitarian aids


1. Humanitarian activities worldwide

2. Support of minors and senior citizens and special humanitarian program on behalf of UM

3. Organizing national and international humanitarian actions, conferences, seminars, and events.

4. Conducting information, communication, sociological and advertising campaigns;

3. Making contacts and interactions with other national and international non-profit legal entities with a related activity.

4. Development and implementation of projects with national and international funding for providing financial resources.

5. Insurance of funds and property to be used for achieving the goals of the branch of the Foundation.
